How To Navigate Your SiteLock Dashboard

All SiteLock customers have access to a Security Dashboard that provides an overview of various security scans and your overall website health and reputation. You will also receive live alerts via email if there is anything detected that requires attention.

You can use the navigation menu on the left to view an overview of your websites, manage your websites and users, and review messages from SiteLock.

> Overview

This section of the dashboard will display a summary of all websites on your account. The first graphic rates each of your websites based on scan results:

  • Unavailable – No security scans have been initiated or no subscriptions are active.
  • Healthy – No issues detected. The site exhibits strong security with no malware or vulnerabilities.
  • At Risk – Exposed to low severity vulnerabilities or malware, such as comment or SEO spam.
  • Impaired – Affected by moderate severity threats, potentially compromising content integrity.
  • Compromised – Significant security breaches detected, leading to a compromised state.

You will also see a summary of websites that require action on your end, particularly if websites are compromised or require additional actions for configuration or setup. You can follow these links directly for additional information about these notifications.

> Sites

This displays a list of all domains with SiteLock. The results can be filtered, searched, or sorted based on domain, configuration, health, and recent scan time.

  • If all products for the website are configured, you will see Manage. Clicking Manage will take you to the Security Report for your website.
  • If there are products that still need to be configured, you will see Setup. Clicking Setup will take you to the Setup Wizard for your products.
  • Note: You can click the dropdown arrow to choose which tab you go to directly.

Domain Selection (Drop Down)

If you have more than one website in your SiteLock account, you can select the desired site by clicking the small arrow next to the current website at the top of the page.

Setup Wizard

The SiteLock Setup Wizard will walk you through the configuration of your SiteLock products.

Please see these guides for help with configuration:

Security Report

The security report allows you to view additional details regarding your SiteLock scans and domain security. You can expand the various sections on this page to drill-down further into detailed views of your registered products and their results.

For more details on the individual scans on this page, please see the support article below:

Messages (Sites View)

This section will display any SiteLock notifications you have for the selected domain. Messages with red circles indicate that a scan ran and detected malware or a vulnerability. Green messages indicate that a scan completed without detecting malicious code. Each message can be marked as 'read' or deleted using the individual drop-down options or the bulk-options at the bottom of the list.

Please note, accessing Messages via the Sites tab allows you to see messages for a specific domain. If you access Message directly from the left side menu, it will show the account-level messages, with a filter to select between different domains.
